In short
This is a directory of NMC-approved private and deemed medical colleges in India that admit candidates with low NEET-UG scores. It exists to publish the cutoffs, fees and counselling routes plainly, in one place, so that a family can compare them without going through an agent.

What we are, and what we are not
We are a publisher. We are not a medical college, not a counselling authority, and not affiliated with the National Medical Commission, the Medical Counselling Committee or any state DGME. We cannot allot a seat, influence an allotment, or change a cutoff, and neither can anybody else outside those authorities.
Every MBBS seat in India is allotted through centralised online merit counselling against a qualified NEET result. Where we can, we link you to the official portal so you can do it yourself.
How this is funded
We operate an enquiry form and may earn a referral fee when a candidate we assist enrols at an institution. That is a real commercial interest and you should read our figures knowing it exists. It is also why the fee tables show every college in a category rather than a paid selection, why the official portals are linked on every page, and why our guidance repeatedly tells you to check the regulator rather than trust us.
If our recommendation ever conflicts with what the fee and cutoff data on this site shows, trust the data.
How we handle figures
Cutoffs are expected closing ranges compiled from previous rounds — estimates for choice-filling, not guarantees. Fees are the advertised annual tuition and change by notification. Every table carries that caveat and a cycle year. We would rather publish a number with its uncertainty attached than a confident number that is wrong.
See our editorial policy and corrections policy.
Sources and how to verify this page
Cutoffs and fees on this page are compiled estimates for the 2026 cycle, not official figures. Every claim about eligibility, counselling process and legality can be checked against the primary sources below, and you should check them before acting.
- National Medical Commission — recognised colleges and seat matrix
- Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) — deemed and all-India quota
- National Testing Agency — NEET-UG results and percentiles
- UP DGME — Uttar Pradesh private MBBS counselling
- BCECEB — Bihar private MBBS counselling
